Kelley House

We designed the interior renovation of this beach home on Balboa Island for the Simpkins family. This was an extensive remodel of a 50-year-old beach cottage, involving the creation of a great room and kitchen area, new stairwell, and the renovation of four bathrooms. We created a classic Cape Cod style beach home and provided new flooring throughout as well as ceilings, cabinets, mantels, and panel treatments.
